Latest Product Update: February 2022

We are excited to kick off this year with new features to help you manage supporting documents more efficiently. We’ve also introduced search for the fields so that you can code invoices faster and released new features for our upcoming mobile application. Let’s check it out.

New Features

Attach other files to an invoice

We’ve made it easier to verify supplier invoices with an option to view and download other files from the invoice email. We also added an option to attach other files to an invoice manually. It is usually requested for audit and approval purposes, and we are glad that we can offer it now.

Export other files to your system

Other attachments, such as Excel, Word or PowerPoint files can be exported to your system.

Currently, this functionally is released for MYOB Advanced ERP.

It is also coming for our other integrations, such as Xero and MYOB AccountRight.

Enjoy a quick search for fields

Every business has its own coding fields enabled in Ocerra on the line level. For example, items, jobs or projects, subaccounts and more.

When this information appears on the invoice layout, for example, an item code or job number, you don’t have to type it. You can click on the line field and click on the invoice to fill it up.

Mobile application update

We are working hard on the mobile application so that your team can approve invoices on the go.

In this month release, we have added multi-company support to switch between companies and an option to edit the approval screen on mobile.

The first mobile version is already available for Android devices. And iOS is a few weeks away. Follow Ocerra on Facebook for a sneak peek updates.
